Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow you time to
change, relax and take full advantage of your Cactus Club Spa experience.
Late arrivals will have their appointment shortened so as not to
inconvenience other guests. If a client’s late arrival renders it
impossible to complete the selected treatment then rescheduling is
necessary. In this situation, half the full fee would be charged.
If you have to cancel, we request 24 hours notice for single service
appointments. Multiple service or package reservations require 48 hours
notice to avoid being charged full fee.
Prices do not include GST and may be subject to change. Gift certificates
are fully transferable and non-refundable.
In consideration of all our guests, children under 12 years of age are not
permitted in the spa.
